PT BREXA Raya Indonesia (formerly PT OS Selnajaya Indonesia) serves as the Indonesia branch of
BREXA Holdings. For over 30 years, we have supported Japanese companies operating in Indonesia
and have worked to become a trusted business partner.
We focus on “human resources,” the foundation of corporate success, and strive to help our clients
solve workplace challenges through a range of services, including HR management, labor relations,
and educational support.
Meanwhile, in Japan, declining birth rate and an increasing aging population are creating serious
labor shortages, making the hiring of foreign talent essential option for sustainable business
growth.
 
Indonesia has a large number of young talents who are willing to learn, motivated, and full of poten-
tial, with great expectation to work and career growth in overseas. We provide growth opportunities
