A. Software Engineer

Responsibilites :

  • Write technical requirements and submit feature requests.
  • Breakdown work and delegate simple tasks
  • Code and deliver high quality
  • Review code and manage git repository
  • Communicate directly with the project manager or senior engineer to understand the functional needs and design a technical solution.
  • Keep learning to become a functional and technical expert in Odoo.

Requirement : 

  • Object oriented programming logic.
  • SQL knowledge.
  • Python knowledge.
  • S1 graduate in Computer Science
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Project management.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Willingness to solve difficult problems

B. Business Analyst

Responsibilities :

  • Meet our customers (other businesses) and analyze their needs in order to design and model business process and detailed requirements.
  • Along with the engineering team, you will formalize the technical specifications of the system (ERP, e-commerce,…) and prepare proposal for the customer.
  • Prepare training material and on site presentation to present the new system to the users (customer).
  • Plan and follow the ‘go live’ of the project, i.e. the transition period when the customer starts using our system.
  • Responsible to coordinate between the users (customer), the managers (customer) and our technical team (IT engineers).
  • You are in charge of maintaining good customer relation and maximize the benefits they get from our services.

Requirement :

  • Have knowledge in business process (accounting, PPIC or logistics), Odoo or IT retail is a plus.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Result driven and very organized.
  • Customer centric.
  • Degree in Computer or Management is a plus.

C. Networking

Responsibilities :

  • Maintain, monitor, and develop the company cloud infrastructure.
  • Perform analysis, troubleshooting, and inspect on cloud as core infrastructure components across the entire stack : hardware, software, and network.
  • Design, implement, and deploy performance enhancement and tuning
  • Capture, analyse, troubleshoot, and fix issues related to the compute, storage and network infrastructure Support company’s cloud infrastructure, both physical and virtual, working on continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work from ticket queue on provisioning, break-fix and new initiatives along with maintaining, troubleshooting and supporting all adds, moves and changes to the environments.
  • Improve, innovate and create enhancements to existing cloud infrastructure processes and policies related ranging from provision, usage, monitoring, and accountability.
  • Carry out operational tasks such as backups, code management, configuration compliance, reporting, environmental and performance management while adhering to security policies.

Requirement :

  • Have knowledge in business process (accounting, PPIC or logistics), Odoo or IT retail is a plus.
  • Have experience with Public Cloud (GCP, AWS, Azure)
  • Have experience with Languages (Bash, Python)
  • Have experience with linux server
  • Have experience with monitoring platform (munin, nagios, zabbix)
  • Hardware troubleshooting is a plus
  • Network troubleshooting is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and solve difficult problems
  • Strong communication skills
